# Zenone Lab — Health Information Ecosystems Research

> A research group at the University of Ottawa, led by Prof. Marco Zenone, studying health disinformation, digital platform accountability, and the commercial and policy systems that shape online health environments.

The lab's work spans two streams: (1) disrupting health disinformation economies by following the money, algorithms, and policy gaps that sustain them, and (2) creating healthier online environments through commercial determinants of health (CDoH) and platform governance approaches.
